Can I request physical swatches before ordering?
Absolutely. We prepare a targeted swatch presentation from our partnered mills and dispatch it via DHL/UPS. You receive them within 24-48 hours.
What are your standard payment terms?
Typically, we work with a 30% advance payment to initiate production, and the remaining 70% before shipment, against standard export documents.
Do you provide GOTS/OCS certificates for organic orders?
Yes, all organic productions come with official transaction certificates (TC) ensuring full traceability back to the yarn.
How long does bulk production usually take?
For custom knitting and dyeing, standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. If the yarn is already in stock, this can be reduced to 3 weeks.
